Please Read the invoice that you are given which will indicate the work we will be doing for you, it is a binding agreement of the work we will be doing for you and explains the service and the product you will get. We will do our best for all our customers.
Shipping outside the U.S.A. (International / World Wide): For shipping International prices please contact us with your destination. For customers outside of the USA. You can contact us for shipping prices through our request form. International shipping will be calculated separately. Shipping Internationally is not calculated through the online shopping cart.
Sales Tax: For other states, see your use tax regulations.
Shipping In the U.S.A. and Tax: For customers within the USA shipping charges are calculated by USPS keeping shipping prices to a minimum. We reserve the right to use a carrier of our choice without prior notice. Sales tax is calculated per our state's tax requirements for residents within our state.
We ship via UPS or the US Postal Service within the Contiguous 48 States. You will be contacted via email regarding your actual shipping charges and orders will be processed once the charges are approved. Orders will not be processed or shipped if charges are not approved. Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International only. Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail ONLY.
Set-up Fees if Applicable: There may be a one-time set-up fee to be determined on the size of the project for custom work which will be determined and stated on the Invoice at the time of purchase.
Processing Fee/Cancellation/Project Termination: Processing Fee will be assessed on project termination - duration of time spent on projects and materials used, or cancellation upon approval of Ace Wing Carrier. No returns on Custom items, Sales Are Final.
Authorized Returns
If a return is authorized by A.W.C. customers are responsible for the care of the product and return shipping.
An accounting fee will be assessed for returned products and payments of 20%.
Privacy policy: Ace Wing Carriers will keep your personal information confidential. We will NOT sell, rent, trade, or loan any identifiable information to any third parties without your specific written permission. Any information you supply Ace Wing Carriers is used strictly for our information to give you the best service we can.
